I've called more than a few times with my request to cancel. They are too aggressive about not canceling.
Offering you a free month etc. This last call I was firm again with my request to cancel. It felt like he had to hear 10 times that I wanted to cancel. Then he proceeded to process request to cancel.
He then put me on hold 8 minutes while I waited for a confirmation number. It felt like another delay tactic. If I didn't wait it wouldn't be cancelled. While on hold I searched internet a found similar complaints.
This last call took 18 minutes.
As a customer you shouldn't have to be forceful with your right to cancel. I would never recommend Earthink to anyone.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $71.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
I didn't like: Too aggressive trying to delay cancellation.
