Had services with these people for a year. 30 days prior to my contract ending, i requested in writing as indicated in the conytract, that I nolonger needed their services.
I received a confirmation email. It is 6 weeks later, I cant get internet because Earthlink wont release my line. I work from home, i need not to go into how inconvenient my life has been.
I am on hold with the executives, 56 minutes in. Dont subject yourself to this, life is too short to be aggravated to this degree.
