Billing error on their part. Took forever to get to anyone who even cared about resolving the problem. Hung up on twice by customer service, last time when I asked who to complain to.AVOID at all costs

EarthLink - Technical Support

We have called 4 times over the last 3 days with an average wait time of 40 minutes to talk to a person...who we could barely understand when finally connected. We were put on hold once & hung up on after a wait of 13 minutes. Still waiting for our internet to be reconnected after an Earth Link error on our account. Each day weve called, weve been promised service by 6pm. Still NO service.

EarthLink - Poor comunication

I have called and written several times and get no where. I need my cable burried asap but no one comes to do the job after several months! My lawn service and landlord are getting mad at me for this not being done. I can't have this cable exposed! On top of that, I need to pay my bill but to do so I have to use a different credit card and the site won't allow me to do that. Earthlink is warring my patience to where I might find another internet provider.

Earthlink is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. In the first ten days of internet service, I was out for five full days. Every time I called Earthlink customer service I spent at least 30 minutes waiting for a representative. Then it took numerous calls and more than two weeks to have my service fully cancelled. Do not use Earthlink!

They work 24 hours but customers must wait for repair service because it's the holidays. If I do not pay I do not get internet, I pay and still do not have service, despite telling them I work from home. Their response was maybe a service person will be out in 3 days. I have already been waiting 3 days. They apologize and do nothing, I am out of service and out of income and Earthlink do not care.

EarthLink - Don’t ever deal with these con artists.

I received the services Dec, 6 2019. After paying the initial installation fee of 68.00 or something like that. Dec, 18 2019 My services are cut off for non payment. I get the run around for three hours. Can’t even understand these foreigners that are talking to me. Anyway they tell me it’s been a month and I need to pay and also an reconnection fee. I tell the man I haven’t received one month of service only 12 days. He tells me this just how they do it. I tell him I need to cancel right away. One more hour of being sent here and there and maybe I’m out from under these bums
