69 dollar charge

I got my internet hooked up on the 16 of November I woke up today the 19th of November to 69 dollar taken out of my account mind you I already paid the 79.99 for hook up

Fraud

I am filing a fraud complaint. I was coming down sick with Covid, 2 months ago, and could not leave home to put cash on my debit card. When I finally got help to take care of that bill, all was fine. MY ILLNESS GOT WORSE AND WAS HOSPITALIZED. They discontinued my service. I called when I got home today I called, and they immediately charged my card $58.00 then refused to turn on service unless I pay another $200.00. I have been on the phone for over 40 minutes on hold as I am typing this. to take $58 under the guise of saying your service will be connected then turn around and say I owe a $200 disconnection fee, before I can have service is fraud.

My service restored, since they took payment. If there was a dispute, tell me before they charged my card.

They charged me $326.86 for wifi only and turned it off in 2 weeks. I am pissed and I need to speak to a *** human!!!!!

I WAS CHARGED $326.86 for wifi only and it was turned off in 2 weeks! I WANT TO TALK TO A HUMAN I AM PISSED!!!! I want to know WHERE IS MY *** MONEY, OR WHY IS MY WIFI TURNED OFF! I was told 59.99 a month plus $10 for equipment and 149.00$ for installation. That doesnt total that and if it did why is my *** wifi cut off?

Unreliable Service

Do not go near this company. My DSL line will be up for a few minutes, then down for a few minutes. Then, it will limp along for a while, at speeds you would expect from an old dial-up modem. Then it might be normal for a while. Or not. The problems started when I cancelled my fixed IP, which I no longer needed, to save money. So it certainly looks like its deliberate retaliation. And they don't seem at all interested in fixing the problem.

Earthlink DSL

I've had a DSL connection for about 20 years, and the speed has been quite consistent. About a month ago, I cancelled my fixed IP and went with DHCP. Not, at random intervals, my speed drops down to close to zero. Less than dial-up modem speeds. The problem is at Earthlink's end and they don;t seem interested in fixing it.

User's recommendation: Do not deal with this company. Run in the opposite direction.

Unsatisfactory internet service provider

Sales person said service provided would allow watching Amazon movies. He lied. Service provided is too slow to receive movies.

Disconnection of servicd

Please disconnect internet service and refund all amounts due to cancellation during new customer grace period. Your sales person told me your service would provide coverage to allow access to amazon movies. He lied. I am unable to receive amazon movies due to slow internet response.

Earthlink is all a Scam

So I told them I was looking for a good Bandwidth to work from home. They referred 12gb. So I say "Okay let get that." Paid the installation fee, they came out, set it up. Every day, II would get online to work and every 3minuteses I would lose service. I called earth link and told them they owe me my installation fee back. They sold me services that were not close to meeting my needs. Then they said i cant get a refund.This

Poor tech support

I was scheduled to have internet installed today. Waited three weeks for this appointment. The tech did call me in the morning to let me know there would be an extra charge as they had to install somthing. I told him was aware of the charge and would pay it.Well guess what no tech. I am also unable to get answers as to why. This is not acceptable no call no help with texting or phoning for help. Can't log into my new account!

I signed up for service with EarthLink for internet service.to Paid ,$84.94. I got an text of confirmation. But no scheduling time. Tried to set up my account to my surprise, I couldn't log into my account. Made several attempts, but unable to log in tried calling EarthLink's customer service, I was on a call, for more than 45 minutes! Today, I tried to call, EarthLink's customer service, I was on a call to customer service for 1 hour! Still no help!

Emergency

My internet was turned off only 11 days late. I'm on a fixed income . I'm disabled waiting a kidney transplant. I use my internet and computer to stay in contact with st Luke's. This is morally wrong that because I'm on a fixed income that this discrimination is risking my health and life. The business practices of this company is evil. To put my well-being at risk for $79 dollars not even 3 weeks late. And the refusing to help. I'm told executive escalation team will contact me I'm still waiting every minute is a chance I lose a chance for transplant.
