First off this company needs to be shut down!!! The most horrible customer service ive ever had to deal with in my life!!.........i moved into my apartment the previous tenants had earthlink and never called to cancel or transfer services im trying to get my internet service through another provider and i cant because it still shows connection at my address ive called several times and they keep telling me to call the tenants and have them cancel how am i supposed to do that when i dont know these people!!!
They are strangers ive never met them a day in my life!! Ive been hung up on and placed on hold for forever only to tell me the same thing over and over again!!
Ive stated i can send in drivers license and copy of my lease but they dont want any of that they keep talking over me and Not letting me speak just horrible company and service!! NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN!!
