EarthLink - YOU WERE DROPPED TOO so let's use this CLASS ACTION LAWYER on ELN

ELN is shutting down all our GIFTED at SIGN UP FREE WEBSITES. THEY LOCKED the FTP MASTHEAD so I cannot begin REWRITING 40 million BYTES. I will lose a year of INCOME searching for the titles of hundreds of articles on the ELN server. REWRITING THEM. THEY HAVE MY BIZ AD at bttom of each article. MY LIFE 80yrs my BIZ 60 yrs is OVER thanks to getting enticed to sign up with them and pay 40$ a month over 24years of time like TEN THOUSAND BUCKS........ and now I am jettisoned. I KNOW A TORT CASE LAWYER he did a suit against LAPD got millions. Right here in LA. CAL. CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT. WHO WANTS TO JOIN AND BE IN ON IT?

Same story as many other customers. I have been using a paid Earthlink service for 20 years. It came with 5 accounts which also included a small 10MB web space per email which was enough for some personal pages. After waiting for a couple of weeks for a "data migration" on the web pages the web space part of the service has been completely disabled. This all came without any warning. I have been paying for the service on a prepaid annual plan. I have no intent to renew when the prepayment runs out. I'm already in the process of migrating to a new email provider. Earthlink email, their terrible outsourced overseas customer service, their entire platform, has become a joke. I can not recommend Earthlink for any reason. Clearly they don't care about customer retention.

Earthlink = Poor Webmail Service. Company was sold on Jan 28, 2019.

EarthLink - Price Gouging

We entered into a contract with Windstream/Earthlink Business. This contract states that amount that we are to pay for monthly telephone service and that we cannot cancel for 18 months without incurring a huge penalty. A few months into the contract, they had a rate increase. I called to discuss this with them and they said, essentially, that we are stuck in the contract and must pay the increased rate unless we want to pay the penalty to cancel the contract. Three months later - another rate increase. We still have four months left in the contract and can't wait to leave. That said, it is very difficult and quite expensive to change phone services for our business, so, it looks like we may be stuck with the price gougers. Don't make the same mistake we did!

Go to gmail or another provider like I did. After 20 years with Earthlink, made the switch.

Couldn't be happier. Earthlink's service is horrible - they should be out of business by now.
