EarthLink - HORRIBLE customer service.

I have made repeated requests for help with them and no one ever responds. Apparently no one there speaks English. I can say for certain this is THE WORST company I have EVER dealt with. They make changes to their service that make things worse without ever notifying you of these change. {{Redacted}}
