I dont think i have enough space here to tell you how badly earthlink sucks. i have the fundamental issue of not being able to receive emails from my husband (god knows what other email isnt getting to me). So, he can't get my emails and I can't get his. Not all the time - just about 1x a week. And now they want to raise monthly fees to $5.95? I'm paying...for what?!?!?! And I've saved transcripts of all my futile chats with service reps...none of which have been able to help me one bit. None. It's crazy that a company here in this country can continue to exist while providing no service to customers. I'm going to leave them soon.....I just dont want to lose my email address and that's what's holding me back. 12965ab

According to our friend who used to work for Dearthlink, well over 50% of their business is "still" dial-up.
