Earthlink complaint by Bayleaf1144
On January 10, 2008, I called Earthlink Internet to get Internet connection as a new customer. On January 17, I called to cancel the order as it was taking so long to get on line. The next day on January 18, this company took out $34.90 that was needed to get started. I did not accept the equipment that came by UPS and it was supposed to be sent back by UPS. I have called Earthlink so many times to get the $34.90 back that they will not accept my phone calls anymore. In February when I was getting through, they said they would credit it back to my account, but I have never seen this money back in my bank account 4 months later.
